Featuring three days and three nights of group wellness coaching, clean food, yoga, massage therapy, rest, and relaxation on the gorgeous Emerald Coast; this getaway will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and inspired!

In addition to the all-inclusive Spring Women’s Wellness Weekend Getaway, you’ll receive weekly zoom group wellness coaching, mentorship, and community around your hormonal health and overall well-being. 

Yoga + menu planning support available, PLUS the connection before our weekend together, allows you to build relationships, be encouraged, and find the resources you need to nourish yourself well now.

Getting to Know You

We were made for community. Together we’ll share stories, and reflect on current challenges.

Then we’ll focus on deepening body literacy- getting to know your body’s cues, hormonal function, and how your lifestyle impacts them.

Nourishing You

We’ll build sustainable habits through a small shifts approach to create a food life and routine you love.

Begin to incorporate nutrient dense foods with ease, naturally reducing your exposure to endocrine disruptors, and support your specific hormonal + overall health concerns.

What Moves You

Celebrate your dynamic body through functional movement and yoga for each phase of your cycle and life.

Mindfulness practices and simple self-care reduce your stress, increase your connection to your partner, and give you back your sense of calm.

You have a lot on your plate. The last thing you need is to feel run down or sick! This weekend getaway filled with clean food, group wellness coaching, and cooking lessons, will inform your nutritional choices to strengthen your immune system, support your gut health, and simplify your food life (because  who has time for hours of menu planning and prep?!). 

While vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options will be available, please let us know if you have any particular dietary restrictions, or allergies.

Sunrise, sunset, and paddle board yoga sessions will  ignite your energy as you move your body, and explore something new. 

Guided journaling enables you to dig deep and reflect.

 Partner work allows you to build supportive relationships with with like-minded women.

Group discussions and wellness coaching will be themed according to individual participants, to ensure you get exactly what you need.

 You will come home more confident, purposeful, and connected.

To top it all off, massage therapy and relaxing time at the beach or pool, will help you catch your breath, eliminate stress, and recharge!

Anna Shalray, is a loss and rainbow mom, partnering with women to optimize hormonal health, brave the challenges of medically and/or emotionally complex pregnancies, and create a nourished postpartum season, utilizing the tools of her training as a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and RYT-200hr and Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher.

Drawing on these skills her client have found great success around a range goals from weight loss, stress reduction, productivity, and menu planning to establishing sustainable self-care practices, deepening personal relationships, and re-balancing hormones improving fertility and pregnancy outcomes.
