After the workshop, dive deeper with us in a 4-WEEK SERIES of comprehensive childbirth education classes, and weekly centering prenatal yoga + circle beginning July 5th.
Feel equipped and empowered for your birth, whether it takes place in a hospital, birth center or home!
In our time together, you will gain confidence and reduce fear as you learn evidence-based information through an interactive and holistic setting.
You’ll leave informed, inspired, and with the perfect tools to prepare you for birth!
Birth is filled with unknowns, and you and your partner deserve to feel confident and equipped! The class covers initial moments of wondering “am I really in labor?!” to those first few days with your newborn! Discover what your body is capable of and learn what you can do to listen in to your body’s wisdom.
Not only will you have this knowledge and clarity, but you also will build your community, while strengthening your body for birth, and connecting with your baby and breath, as you meet with a small group of other parents-to-be in a supportive and fun environment!
This is your time to build your confidence, reduce your fear, and more deeply connect with your birth partner, your body and your baby.
Each week you'll also move through a grounding, energizing yoga flow tailored to relieve those pregnancy aches and pains, and prepare your body for delivery. Enjoy movement especially designed for your pregnant body & growing baby as you prepare for birth.
Experience the support of sharing your journey through conversation and reflective journaling, in our pregnancy centering circle, to help you connect with your mind and heart. You'll have the opportunity to share your story, and be held in community as you navigate this transformative season of pregnancy, birth and your first steps into early parenthood.

MEET YOUR GUIDES:
Anna Shalray is a loss and rainbow mama who lives in Nashville with her 4 year old son and pups, and is anticipating the arrival of her "double rainbow" baby in the fall. Anna's personal experience with birth complexities, loss, and lacking support systems, led her to her life's work of holding space for women and families while supporting their connection to their bodies and creating awareness around much needed perinatal resources.
Anna runs a women's wellness membership community, is a past board member of Nashville Birth Collective and present dispatcher for Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep. In her spare time you'll find Anna hiking trails and singing songs with her little guy and fur babies. What fills her heart is holding space for women and families while supporting their connection to their bodies.
The childbirth education course is taught by Aubrey McMillan, a childbirth educator who's also certified as a labor doula and placenta specialist. She stays up to date on the information surrounding childbirth and the policies at local birthing facilities.
Aubrey has been working in this field for 5 years and feels confident that this vocation is her life’s purpose. She blends a holistic perspective with evidence-based information. Her goal is that each family she works with feels confident and supported as they bring their baby into this world.
Aubrey is a mother and can often be found playing in the dirt or crafting.
