Hi I’m Anna Shalray.

I’m a loss and rainbow mom, partnering with women to optimize hormonal health, brave the challenges of medically and/or emotionally complex pregnancies, and create a nourished postpartum season, utilizing the tools of my training as a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and RYT-200hr and Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher.

As a Holistic Practitioner my work with clients, is based around the understanding of the mind-body connection. We know gut health, hormonal imbalances, metabolism, and weight management go hand in hand with our mood, mental health, and relationships with the people in our lives. 

So whether you’re seeking support around your hormonal health (infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, estrogen dominance, thyroid, hashimoto’s, adrenal fatigue); gut health (clean eating, candida, food sensitivities, ibs/ibd, weight loss); or creating a healthier, happier, more connected you; I know you’ll find healing and hope in these offerings.

       During our 90-minute, high-impact session we’ll create a focused, actionable, short term strategy to give you clarity on the right steps to take, to help support your health- mind, body, and spirit.

Depending on your individual needs, your 90 Minute Roadmap Strategy Intensive will include: 

 A thorough discussion of your history, goals and roadblocks, from which we’ll begin to map out a step-by-step path to a more vibrant you.

 (Optional) Meal Planning Support to empower the creation of a nutritious menu to optimize your hormonal health, and nourish you through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, based food favorites, to make meal time simple and fun. This support gives you all the fuel you need to thrive and enjoy, without obsession or hours in the kitchen.

(Optional) Personalized yoga for hormonal health, specific to the season of life you are in, and a discussion of applicable self-care exercises. This support will give you the tools to develop a mindfulness practice that works within the context of your busy life, to ground you, provide an immediate sense of calm and relaxation, on the most hectic days.

 An emailed summary of notes, and (optional) recording of your session, for your personal reference and use.

Getting to know your cycle, and creating ease and energy in your approach to fertility. Resources around supplementation, testing and questions to ask your doctor.

Quick and easy self-care strategies, to provide tools for stress and anxiety reduction, and develop a mindfulness practice. Together we’ll create concrete steps to keep you grounded emotionally and physically balanced. Yoga (for stress reduction, fertility and hormone health, prenatal and postpartum) mindfulness, breath based activities, habits, and skills to support you through conception, pregnancy, and motherhood

 Staying the Course. Working through fear, roadblocks and setbacks, and creating strategies for ease and alignment

Crowding out the crap, to create a healthier home, and a happier you. Simplifying your routine, by adding in more of what lights you up, and increasing organization. Simple ways to stay connected, and present, with yourself and your partner, deepening communication to strengthen your relationships. Together we’ll celebrate shifts, build momentum, and build your community.

 Postpartum presence.  You are not alone. The first few months postpartum are filled with beauty, exhaustion, excitement, and transition. I’ll connect you with resources to support you in your recovery postpartum, as you settle into your new routine. I’m here to listen, provide empathy, and actionable tools as all the challenges, swirling emotions arise, and to help you find a sense of EASE and connection as you manage, “all the things.”
