My story:


        A few years ago, I was living in Los Angeles and found myself stuck in the daily grind. I was working 40-70 hours a week as a nanny, and although I loved the little ones, I was overwhelmed, and completely stressed out. I became engaged, and realized how uncomfortable I was in my own skin. My now husband traveled for work and we spent the majority of our engagement apart. This give me the time and space to really take a look at myself. I began to say yes to me, started to create some boundaries around work/home life, started incorporating more empowering movement like yoga and hiking, and spent time with friends and loved ones.

      As the daughter of a home economics teacher (who cooked everything with a stick of butter and a can of cream of something) and a pastry chef father, I quickly realized that eating this way was no longer working for me. I started making small shifts around food, adding in more plant based, unprocessed foods. In just a couple months I lost 25 lbs and gained so much more. More energy. More excitement. More curiosity. What had I done to feel this good, and how could I help other women feel this same sense of empowerment?

      That is what led me to study Holistic Health and Nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. While at IIN, I studied over 100 dietary theories, and lifestyle management techniques, from the world's top health and wellness experts. My passion for yoga, and a desire to deepen my personal practice, also led me to obtain my Yoga Alliance RYT-200hr.  Bringing this knowledge along with my own wellness journey has enabled my work with my clients to completely transform lives! We have worked together on a range goals from weight loss, stress reduction, productivity, and menu planning to establishing sustainable self-care practices, child and family enrichment, and re-balancing hormones... A few of my clients have even brought home happy, healthy babies after infertility issues and loss, which is so dear to my heart.

        My husband and I lost our first child, Audrianna, a couple hours after her birth. The outpouring of love, and support, that we received after loss, and the depth of love and sense purpose I uncovered, is what motivates my journey and practice. Her presence in my life has challenged me, unearthed me, and inspired me to use this gift of life, and to use all the love I have within me, as I support other women on their journey's.   • Eric Paskel:  International Yoga Teacher, Marriage-Family and Child Counselor, and Speaker     Founder of Yoga Shelter,  and creator of Yoga Rocks, Yoga Journal’s 14-day program, as well as one of Gaiam TV’s featured teachers. Eric's "Life and Teacher Training" Program is informed by his Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, and meets Yoga Alliance standards for RYT-200hr certification.

  • Walter Willett, MD: Chair of Nutrition, Harvard School of Public Health
    Chair of the Department of Nutrition at Harvard’s School of Public Health as well as the author of Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy: The Harvard Medical School Guide to Healthy Eating.

    A best-selling author whose books include: Spontaneous Healing and Eight Weeks to Optimal Health. Dr. Weil is a Harvard Medical School graduate and world-renowned expert on medicinal herbs, mind-body interactions and healing systems. He also started the Integrative Medicine program at the University of Arizona.

  • Deepak Chopra: World leader in the field of mind-body medicine
    A holistic healer and author of more than 50 books translated into over 35 languages. Deepak is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and one of Time Magazine’s “Top 100 heroes and icons of the century” and “the poet-prophet of alternative medicine.”

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, preventive health, lifestyle management techniques, yoga and mindfulness. Drawing on these skills I work with clients to help them make simple lifestyle shifts, that produce real and lasting results.


My Approach:


      My desire is to make your life easier and  empower your management of motherhood, health, and business, through customized one on one support. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress around work or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

     Then, we begin to create the small manageable shifts that enable lasting change. Little by little, these daily intentional pivots will empower you to create a lifestyle you love. I’m here to help lighten the load, and keep you moving forward in a way that feels good for you, and fits flexibly into your hectic schedule. Our work together offers you the support you need to stay aligned with your purpose, motivated on the tough days, and calm on the crazy ones, so that you have the freedom to make an impact, be present, and build a beautiful future for yourself and your family!

     I practice the theory of  bio-individuality, that there is no "one size fits all," because you are a unique, bold, beautiful soul. No singular dietary theory (vegan, paleo, vegetarian, grain/dairy/gluten free, ketogenic, etc)  or lifestyle practice, is perfect for every individual.

      My clients have found great success in areas such as:  finding inspiration, clarity, and direction for daily life; achieving body confidence and weight loss; reducing food cravings, and improving food routines; increasing sleep, maximizing energy, and increasing productivity' heightening a sense of relaxation, joy, and peace with in themselves and their households.
