Module 1- Origins: Understanding Your Starting Place

Creating lifelong change requires understanding your starting place. “If you do the thing you’ve always done, you will get what you have always gotten.” Is what you are doing right now working for you? What does an “Ideal You” look like. How do you feel?

In this module you will discover what fuels you, identify obstacles that have kept you stuck, and gain the tools to plot your course to your own “Ideal Life.”

Module 2- First steps: Clarifying your Vision

Is there room in your world for you? Life is busy. It can be difficult to set aside time for yourself, but you cannot pour from an empty vessel. Create a more vibrant life, build your confidence, challenge fears, and declare your intentions!

In this module you will find relaxation, joy, and endless energy, as you balance portion sizes through mindful eating.

Find a buddy. Partner up and support one another in the Ideal Innercircle Community.

Module 3- Nutritional Roadmap: Sustainably Simple Small Manageable Shifts

Food is fuel. Is your current menu leaving you feeling groggy, emotional, or constipated? Are you confused on what foods are healthy or how to find them? Let's work together to improve your immune system, crowd out lethargy and processed foods, by gradually add in more goodness.

In this module you will discover the foods that work best for your unique body and lifestyle.

Module 4- Understanding Detours: Staying the Course

Nobody’s perfect.We all fall off course from time to time. On our own, it take a while to get back on track. Together we will create go to practices that will keep you en route and add more sweetness into life!

In this module we will deconstruct and overcome cravings.

Module 5- Baggage Claim

Create more happy, but where will you put it? It’s time to work through some baggage and claim your stuff.

In this module you will cultivate contentment and freedom, as you balance relationships, spirituality, work and home life.

Has everyday life gotten in the way of your health and well-being? Are you stuck doubting yourself, wondering if real change is really possible for you?

I get it!

My story began a few years ago, I was living in Los Angeles and found myself stuck in the daily grind. I was working 40-70 hours a week as a nanny, and although I loved the little ones, I was overwhelmed, and completely stressed out.

I became engaged, and realized how uncomfortable I was in my own skin. My now husband traveled for work and we spent the majority of our engagement apart. This give me the time and space to really take a look at myself. I began to say yes to me, started to create some boundaries around work/home life, started incorporating more empowering movement like yoga and hiking, and spent time with friends and loved ones.

As the daughter of a home economics teacher (who cooked everything with a stick of butter and a can of cream of something) and a pastry chef father, I quickly realized that eating this way was no longer working for me. I started making small shifts around food, adding in more plant based, unprocessed foods. In just a couple months I lost 25 lbs and gained so much more. More energy. More excitement. More curiosity. What had I done to feel this good, and how could I help other women feel this same sense of empowerment?

That is what led me to study Holistic Health and Nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. While at IIN, I studied over 100 dietary theories, and lifestyle management techniques, from the world's top health and wellness experts. Bringing this knowledge along with my own wellness journey has enabled my coaching practice to completely transform lives! We have worked together on a range goals from weight loss, stress reduction and menu planning to establishing sustainable self-care practices and re-balancing hormones... A few of my clients have even brought home happy, healthy babies after infertility issues and loss, which is so dear to my heart.

My husband and I lost our first child, Audrianna, a couple hours after her birth. The outpouring of love, and support, that we received after loss, and the depth of love and sense purpose I uncovered, is what motivates my journey and practice. Her presence in my life has challenged me, unearthed me, and inspired me to use this gift of life, and to use all the love I have within me, as I support other women on their wellness journey's. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

My Approach:

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
